Susan Reid (Te Rarawa) is one of two directors of Health Literacy NZ. Susan has worked in the field of health literacy since 2008, working with a range of organisations across a range of contexts with a focus on promoting Aotearoa New Zealand’s focus on health literacy as a system and service improvement issue instead of patient or community deficit.
